➤ Not What You Expected

I take great care to describe and photograph each piece accurately.
All dimensions, weights, and materials are listed in the product description.
Slight variations are part of the handmade nature of my work.

Please read all details carefully before purchasing.

If you are unhappy with your item for reasons unrelated to quality or accuracy (such as personal expectations), you may request an exchange or return under the following conditions:
– You must contact me within 14 days of delivery
– The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs
– The item must be returned unworn, in its original condition and packaging

Refunds are issued only after I receive and inspect the returned item.

➤ Damages and Other Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

➤ Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

➤ Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Custom made items cannot be returned, unless there's a size issue.
In that case, the item will be resized and shipped again free of charge.
Items bought using gift cards are also non-returnable.

➤ Refunds

I’ll notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved.
If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

➤ Damages Due to Use

Every piece is meant to be worn and loved and I’m here to help you take care of it long-term. If your jewelry is damaged through use or accident, I can repair it for you.
This service is always available, though some repair fees may apply.
