Return Policy

ALL ABOUT RETURNS AND REFUNDS

 

Bandido Jewelry has a 30-day free return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return and 30 days to ship the item back.
To be eligible for a free return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. No exceptions. To start a return, you can contact me at info@bandidojewelry.com. If your return is accepted, I’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

DAMAGES AND OTHER ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

EXCEPTIONS AND NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Custom made items cannot be returned, unless there's a size issue. In this case, the item is resized and shipped without any extra cost.
  • Items bought using gift cards.

 

REFUNDS

I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

DAMAGES DUE TO USE

If you damage your piece due to use or accident I can fix it for you. This options is available whenever you need, however there are fees involved. Contact me at info@bandidojewelry.com for more information.
