Shipping & Processing Times


➤ Processing times

• In-stock items: Usually ship within 3–5 business days
• Made-to-order pieces: can take up to 30 business days to create before shipping. 

If you're working with a specific deadline, feel free to reach out before placing your order,  I’ll always do my best to advise.

➤ Delivery Times

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

Delivery time depends on your location:
• Portugal (CTT Registered Mail): 1–3 business days
• International (DHL Express): Europe ~3 days, USA ~5 days, Canada ~7 days, Rest of world ~10-15 days

If you have a specific deadline, feel free to contact me before placing your order.

    ➤ Customs and Import Taxes

    Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs duties and import taxes that may apply in their country.

    Unfortunately, I have no control over these charges or over any possible delays caused by customs procedures.

    ➤ Lost Shipments

    I deeply value your trust.

    In the unlikely event that your order is lost during transit, I will issue a full refund.
    For international orders over €400, additional insurance is included at no extra cost.

    ➤ Exchanges and Returns 

    I take great care to describe and photograph each piece accurately.
    All dimensions, weights, and materials are listed in the product description. Slight variations are part of the handmade nature of my work.

    If you're unhappy with your item for reasons unrelated to quality or accuracy (such as personal expectations), you may request an exchange or return under the following conditions:

    • You must contact me within 14 days of delivery

    • The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs

    • The item must be returned unworn, in its original condition and packaging

    • Refunds are issued only after I receive and inspect the returned item

    ➤ Before You Order

    To avoid unnecessary returns:

    • Please read all details carefully before purchasing

    • Please measure your finger accurately before ordering — right and left hands often differ slightly in size

    • Pay close attention to dimensions. I include model/reference photos whenever possible, but scale can vary from person to person
