PROCESSING TIMES
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies.
If the item is in stock, it's finished and takes 1 to 5 business days to process the order.
All items marked as "Made to Order" are made especially for you and this process takes 30 days to finish.

CARRIER
- Portugal: CTT
Shipping via CTT, registered mail, at a fixed rate of 5€ for the entire national territory. Each shipment includes a tracking number for your convenience.
- International: DHL Express
An express delivery ensures your package is delivered within an exact time frame and it allows you to know exactly when to expect your package. This service offers you flexibility, you can choose where and when your shipment is delivered, reducing the number of failed delivery attempts. You will also be notified about the journey your shipment is making notify via email and sms.
DHL Express is a premium shipping option and also delivers on Saturdays. Please provide your phone number for DHL delivery purposes.

- Europe: 3 days
- United States: 5 days
- Canada: 7 days
- Rest of the world: 15 days

For European buyers the consumption tax, Value Added Tax or VAT of 23% is included.For International buyers, it's their responsibility to pay for customs and import taxes that may apply.
